Hicks Oils has the capability to handle any project. We have over a million gallons of raw material and finished product storage tankage all located indoors. All our blending is done in one of 5 batch blenders. The blenders range in size from 1,000 to 11,000 gallons. Giving us the flexibility to pick the blend that best fits the volume and type of product being manufactured. The plant uses dedicated piping, pumps and meters to ensure product quality. Our onsite product testing lab and chemical engineer monitor incoming raw materials, they test and approve all blends before they are released to storage or filling and they sample and test all products as they put in their final container. The laboratory is equipped with everything from atomic absorption analyzers to cold crank simulators. Samples of all the products we blend and package are maintained for one year.

Hicks Oils has the capability to package products in virtually any container a customer desires. We have five packaging lines as well as bulk truck and rail loading. The high speed quart line is fully integrated with a case packer, palletizer and stretch wrapper. The drum line is a two position net weight automated filler. We can also apply either pressure sensitive or heat transfer labels.

In addition we have packaging lines that can fill gallon, two gallon, two and a half gallon jugs and five gallon pails and kegs. One line is available to fill containers that are less than a quart.
